Ozone Park

Ozone Park is just over the border from East New York, so scheduling here is nearly as quick as at home. The neighborhood's two-family frame houses are exactly the kind of homes we work on every week.

Many Ozone Park houses still have original wood trim under layers of paint, or aging siding that's starting to crack. We re-side, cap window frames and soffits in aluminum, and replace tired roofs so the outside is done for years.

Inside, we handle sheetrock, painting, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling for owners updating a family home or a rental floor.
